IAmA Person with Type 2 Bi-Polar Disorder. AMA

For the next few weeks I will do a little subforum similar to NAT's Random Picture of the Week. I have a lot of problems like being bi-polar and such, and I figured this would be a good place to talk about them and also get a little more action on the forum.

Now for a little explanation of IAmA: IAmA means exactly what it says, "I Am A." When I say "AMA", that means "Ask Me Anything." Anyone with problems similar to mine, or anything you have that's different about you and you want to talk about, you can post as "IAmA Missing Sock...AMA" or "IAmA Cookie Who Recently Had My Girlfriend Reincarnated. AMA" or "IAmA Frog With Dyslexia, AMA"

If you know what Reddit is (without having to google it) you already have a good idea as to what this whole AMA business is. If you're a Redditor and you see that I could improve my AMA post to better explain to those who don't know what Reddit is, that would be much appreciated.

But, as I said, I am a person with Type 2 Bi-polar disorder, so ask me anything!

I'm confused sort of D: If you have a subforum does that mean you're the only one able to post topics? So do we pm you topics or just post them? Or or or darn hayfever giving me a headache D:

Nope, you can post your own. I'm posting mine in the Controversial Discussion Subforum, so anyone can post any topic they want. I didn't know what else to call it so I called it a subforum.

The differences between Types 1 and 2 are minor. When you have Type 1 you have very severe mood swings between mania to depression, and Type 2 is a lot milder form of Type 1.

Does being bi-polar ever bring you into funny situations? For example... You say that you hate being bi-polar then immediately follow it up by shouting IT'S F***ING AWESOME! in public?

Nope no meds socky. And NAT, I have done that before, but it was on purpose and for the lulz.

Ok... Um, has this bi-polar thing helped or hindered you when being social?
