Shad [Music]

Shad is the only "rapper" I can tolerate. Not only tolerate, but I really like his music.

I put "rapper" in quotes because Shad isn't a rapper, hes an experience.
His album "When This Is Over" is mind blowing.

I'm a metal head. Texas In July, Suicide Silence, Emmure, Heaven Shall Burn all that kinda music. But I still love the hell out of Shad's music.

Highly recommend him.

I like Rock to It. The guitar is catchy.

If you go beyond the mainstream crap their is decent rap. I can't stand that constant auto-tune stuff.

Auto-tune isn't even singing. It's lazy.
And I don't like rap with repetitive lyrics. It's been said a million times, but most rappers only rap about sex, drugs, and gangs.

Shad is like a philosopher. He's actually intelligent, and everything he says just mesmerizes me.

He's also the only rapper I read about who went to college.

Speaking of rappers and anti-America: The "rapper" Soulja Boy released a new album where in one of his songs he says "F*ck the Army troops!" and goes on to say how "hard" and "real" he is and how "fake" soldiers are.

He's a f*cking punk and I hate him for the disrespect he has show our country.

Someone should tell him to listen to this song, maybe he will learn something. How can anyone write a song so offensive like that?

none of B.o.B's songs are about sex/drugs/violence. theyre sometimes explicit but he never says anything too bad like f-word and a lotta his songs have meaning.

I guess there can be different interpretations. At least its not about sex and drugs like most raps. Maybe you don't agree with his ideas, but I would not call him or his rap anti-American.
