ok so i looked at the staff list and thought about the application prosses and how non of it is practical skill ion the field so i started work on anew system to acknowledge the candidates practical ability througha practical test, then their skill will be judged by a anonymass pannel whos members will change frequently these members are the ones i trust to make fair level headed deccisions rank dose not mater in this pannel you get no extra vote for being a moderator here i will keep each component of the staff list the same untill the panel reaches a decision.

i am bring back the graphixs crew, chat mods, and gameing mod.
the graphics crew will no longer be moderators for any forum unless granted by being a member of another usergroup.
the moderators will no longer automaticaly be chatmods but go through the new system like eveyone else


in the new staff list their will be limets to the number of staff to start of we will have
1 admin
3 moderators
3 assistents
1 gameing mod
5 chatmods
but their will be no limet to the no. of graphix crew as that is status as a photoediter rather than a position of power

after awhile a moderator will be selected to become the new assistent admin and the number of mods will be two aswell the no. of admins

Uhhh guys, its basically the same as mine! Except i had 2 assists and 2 game mods (well would have) and i also didnt have the photoshop guys

No but there were already two admns and modso i didnt need to worry about them

I just don't know who would make the best second admin yet
and uhhh yours was basicaly the same as penguins and i made a new system to pick them whitch is the main feture here not that that matters as mortified_penguin is back as head admin
